A wonderful sunny day in Le Gers provided the perfect opportunity to film the truffière in winter.

Even after a very mild winter the difference between the deciduous Downy Oaks and the evergreen Holm Oaks is extremely marked. The latter haven’t suffered any frost damage and are looking fantastic.
